These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of getthegorilla.com and to text messages you receive from Doxa, LLC d/b/a Silverback Web ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS program terms
Program name: Silverback Web Text Updates
Program description: When you opt in on our website forms or booking calendar, we send text messages about your scheduled calls (confirmations, reminders and changes), replies to your questions, and follow-up about our website and local marketing services. If you separately consent to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers and updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking calendar or contact form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Privacy. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Use of this website
You may use this site to learn about our services, book a call and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our services
Website reviews, videos and recommendations we share are based on publicly available information and our professional opinion at the time. They are provided for information only. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, number of leads, calls or revenue. Monthly plans follow the terms in the next section. Any other paid work is described in a written quote or agreement.
Website services, hosting and ownership
Our monthly plans are month to month. You can cancel at any time. There is no setup fee, no hidden fees and no early-termination fee.
We build and host your website as part of your plan. The website becomes yours after 6 months of paid service. If you cancel before completing 6 months of paid service, the website remains ours and we may take it down. You are free to build a new website.
These are always yours, whatever happens: your domain name, your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and the content you give us (such as photos, logos and text).
Fees for third-party services, such as Google Ads spend, are paid directly to the provider and are not included in plan prices.
Phone and texting usage, including your business phone number, calls, text messages and text-messaging (A2P) registration fees, is billed at cost to the card on file in your account and is not included in plan prices. Most clients spend under $10 a month, but usage varies.
Results vary, and we do not guarantee any specific search ranking.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, design, logos and videos, belongs to Doxa, LLC d/b/a Silverback Web unless stated otherwise. Reviews shown on this site are quoted from our public Google reviews.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
